  • 3 cubes watermelon
  • 6 thin slices cucumber
  • 4 sprigs mint
  • .75 oz. simple syrup
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • 1.5 oz. vodka


  1. Muddle watermelon, mint, cucumber in shaker tin
  2. Add simple syrup, lime juice & vodka
  3. Add ice & shake well
  4. Prep rocks glass with ice & thinly sliced cucumbers 
  5. Strain cocktail into prepped glass
  6. Garnish with watermelon slice & mint


2. The Mango Margarita

Made using mango, tequila and some lime juice. This ladies night cocktail has it all. Sweet, savory and a tangy taste due to orange and lime juice. 


  • 5 cubes mango or 1.5 oz. mango juice
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • 1 oz. orange juice
  • .5 oz. simple syrup
  • 1.5 oz. blanco tequila
  • Chili lime salt
  • Edible flowers


  1. Muddle mango cubes with lime juice in shaker tin
  2. Add orange juice, simple syrup and tequila
  3. Add ice and shake well
  4. Wet glass rim with lime wedge and coat in chili lime salt
  5. Strain over ice in glass
  6. Garnish with mango slice and edible flowers

3. Blackberry Basil Smash

It’s made using the satiating basil herb mixed with blackberries and some booze in the form of vodka. If you don’t get basil then not to worry, You can replace them with some rosemary.


  • 3-4 blackberries
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • .75 oz. simple syrup
  • 3 basil leaves
  • 1.5 oz. vodka


  1. Muddle blackberries and basil
  2. Add lime juice & simple syrup & vodka
  3. Add ice and shake well
  4. Dump all ingredients and ice into glass (no straining on this one)
  5. Garnish with blackberries & basil leaf

4. Pomegranate Margarita

  1. Muddle ginger & lime juice in shaker tin
  2. Add agave, pomegranate juice, squeeze of orange juice and tequila

  • 1.5 oz cinnamon stick infused bourbon 
  • .5 oz apple jack 
  • 4 apple slices 
  • .5 oz lime juice 
  • Ginger beer


  1. Infuse 3 cinnamon sticks in your favorite bourbon for 2 days
  2. Slice apple into 1 inch chunks
  3. Add to shaker tin 
  4. Add fresh lemon juice 
  5. Muddle well 
  6. Add Apple Jack and cinnamon infused bourbon 
  7. Shake well with ice
  8. Strain over ice into moscow mule mug

6. Blood Orange Negroni Punch

  • 2 cups fresh blood orange juice, plus 1 blood orange, thinly sliced into wheels for garnishing
  • 2 lemons, peels zested for lemon twists, lemons reserved for another use
  • 1 cup Campari
  • 1 cup gin
  • 1/4 cup sweet vermouth
  • 6 cups club soda, chilled


  1. Prepare your ice block and fill the container with 3/4th water
  2. Add lemon twists and freeze until it becomes solid
  3. Freeze for 6 hours
  4. Take a punch bowl and pour in blood orange juice, campari, gin and vermouth
  5. Add ice block and club soda
  6. Float the blood orange wheels on top around ice

  • Pink champagne or sparkling rose
  • Stout beer
  • Small pinch ground espresso

  • Angostura bitters
  • 750 milliliter bottle prosecco, champagne or other sparkling wine

  3. Pour prosecco over top

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 7 mint leaves
  • 1/2 lime, quartered
  • 1 1/2 ounces light rum (optional)
  • Ice as per need
  • 2 1/2 ounces cranberry juice
  • 1 1/2 ounces tonic


  1. Muddle sugar, mint and lime in highball glass.
  2. Add rum (if using) and ice

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup plus 1 teaspoon fresh lavender leaves (or 2 teaspoons dried lavender leaves), plus 1 sprig for garnish
  • 3 tablespoons gin
  • Ice cubes
  • Prosecco, chilled


  1. In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, 1/4 cup fresh lavender leaves (or 1 teaspoon dried lavender) and 1 1/2 cups water.
  2. Bring to a low boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Lower the heat and simmer, stirring, for 5 minutes. Let cool.
  4. In a shaker, combine the remaining 1 teaspoon fresh or dried lavender leaves, the gin and 1 1/2 tablespoons lavender syrup (reserve the remaining syrup for another use);
  5. muddle, using a wooden spoon.
  6. Add ice cubes and shake.
  7. Strain the mixture into a champagne flute and top with prosecco. Garnish with the lavender sprig.

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 4 1 inch pieces watermelon
  • Ice
  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • Champagne
  • Watermelon wedges


  1. In a small saucepan, simmer water and sugar and rosemary until the sugar dissolves,
  2. After about 5 minutes; let it cool.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, crush watermelon with a muddler or wooden spoon.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice, then add gin, rosemary syrup and lemon juice; shake well.
  5. Strain into 2 flutes.
  6. Top with champagne and garnish each with a watermelon wedge.

  • 1 1/2 cups of unsweetened black cherry juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh pomegranate seeds (from 1 pomegranate)
  • 1 navel orange, halved and sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 granny smith apple, cored and thinly sliced into wedges
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 3 cups seltzer, chilled
  • 1 cup ginger ale, chilled
  • Ice as per your need


  1. In a large pitcher, combine the cherry juice, pomegranate seeds, orange, apple and maple syrup
  2. Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
  3. Stir in the seltzer and ginger ale.
  4. Serve over ice.

Pink torpedoes is a strawberry based drink that needs to be prepared 3 days in advance. It is prepared with the base of vodka and tastes quite good.   • 2 cups vodka, chilled
  • 1 1/2 pints strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar
  • Limoncello
  • 1 750 milliliter bottle sparkling wine, chilled
  • 6 sugar cubes


  1. In a large bowl, stir together the vodka, two-thirds of the sliced strawberries and the granulated sugar.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand at room temperature until the vodka turns pink, about 6 hours.
  3. Refrigerate overnight or up to 3 days.
  4. Strain the vodka and divide among 6 tall glasses.
  5. Add a splash of limoncello to each glass and top off with the sparkling wine.
  6. Drop in a sugar cube and garnish with the remaining strawberry slices.

  1. In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup blackberries, the sugar, ginger and 1/4 cup water to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
  2. Lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Let cool, then strain, discarding the solids.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine the gin, lemon juice and blackberry-ginger syrup.
  4. Fill the pitcher with ice and stir vigorously. Fill 6 tall glasses with ice.
  5. Pour the chilled liquid into the glasses, holding back the melted ice in the pitcher.
