It starts with a shot of mezcal mixed with lime juice and apricot liqueur before adding the falernum and bitters to create some spice. The mint and orange well on top adds citrus and earthy hint in every sip making the drink well-balanced. 

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker
  2. Pour the drink into an old-fashioned glass with crushed ice.
  3. Garnish with mint and orange wheel.

2. I’m Pretty Cack-Handed

A glass of I’m Pretty Cack-Handed

I'm Pretty Cack-Handed cocktail by Erica - The Gin Botanicals is the perfect drink to cool down on a hot day. It's made with Yukon Jack, gin and cucumber beer mixed together in a refreshing minty flavor that will make your mouth water!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Bainbridge Heritage Douglas Fir Oaked gin
  • 1 oz. Yukon Jack
  • 1/3 of a cucumber, muddled
  • Spanked mint from a stalk
  • 0.5 oz. Homemade dark toast syrup with Turbinado sugar
  • Juice from 1/2 a lime
  • Ginger beer, to top
  • Cucumber fringe, blueberries, and a lime slice for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. 
  2. Pour into a highball glass or desired glassware. 
  3. Garnish and serve. 

3. Dragon Fruit Mojito

The Dragon Fruit Mojito is a perfect refreshment during the hot season. It's sweet, refreshing, and not too strong so it will leave you feeling light on your feet all afternoon! It also looks absolutely stunning and pairs well with savory meals.

  1. Combine dragon fruit, strawberries, mint, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker and muddle until the fruit has been mostly puréed. 
  2. Add rum and a handful of ice and shake until the shaker begins to frost.
  3. Strain into a highball over crushed ice and top with soda water to taste.
  4. Serve and enjoy!

9. Gingerbread White Russian

The Gingerbread White Russian cocktail is a perfect drink for those who love the taste of creamy goodness in their mouth! It’s made with vodka, heavy cream, and Kahlua with a nice touch of homemade gingerbread syrup. This unique concoction will have your guests asking more!

For the gingerbread syrup:

For the white Russian:

  • 2 oz. Vodka
  • 1 oz. Kahlua 
  • .5-1 oz. Gingerbread syrup
  • Splash of heavy cream

Directions

For the gingerbread syrup:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. 
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a medium simmer and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely. 
  4. Strain into a bottle or container. 

For the cocktail:

  1. Rim cocktail glass with cinnamon sugar. 
  2. Fill the glass with ice. 
  3. Add vodka, Kahlua, and syrup. 
  4. Slash with heavy cream and stir. 
  5. Garnish with cinnamon sticks.

10. Welcome Watermelon Cooler

A glass of Welcome Watermelon Cooler

You will never guess what is hiding in this refreshing drink! It's not just watermelon, but also gin and grenadine. This Welcome Watermelon Cooler is a tangy-tasting concoction that has become a favorite among those looking for something different or as an easy way to beat a boring day. Ingredients

  • 4 Cubes of fresh watermelon
  • 4-6 Mint leaves
  • 1.5 oz. Gin
  • 0.5 oz. St. Germain
  • 1 oz. Fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz. Grenadine
  • Sparkling water

Directions

  1. Muddle melon and mint in a cocktail shaker, add remaining ingredients except for the sparkling water. 
  2. Give a good brisk shake and double strain into a highball. 
  3. Fill with ice and top with sparkling water. 
  4. Muddle a bunch of mints and use them as a garnish alongside a borderline oversized wedge of melon.
