1. Pendleton Whisky Cowboy Coffee

It's not too early to get your drink on! Pendleton Whisky Cowboy Coffee is the perfect thirst-quenching variation of an American classic. It consists of rich whiskey, sweet butterscotch sauce and coffee mixed together with fresh whipped cream for just enough sweetness during this cold winter season.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Pendleton original
  • 2 oz. Hot coffee
  • 0.75 oz. Butterscotch schnapps
  • Fresh whipped cream

Directions

  1. Combine Pendleton, fresh coffee, and butterscotch schnapps into a glass coffee cup. 
  2. Stir. 
  3. Garnish with fresh whipped cream.

2. The Dread Pirate Roberts

The Dread Pirate Roberts by The Joy of Drinking @thejoyofdrinking is here to take you on a ride! The first round of this cocktail will give you goosebumps and the second one might just be too much for your soul. You will find the combination of rums and juices to be intriguingly tasty and appetizing.  

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into glass with ice.
  3. Garnish with lime pirate ship. 

3. Amaretto Sour

A glass of Amaretto Sour

You can find several variations of Amaretto Sour in the market. However, for this version, Phil @philsdrinks incorporated bourbon whiskey which gives the cocktail a little more depth. If you don't like whiskey or have any at home, omit it and increase Amaretto to 60 ml instead for an amazing flavor in your mouth!

  1. Measure all the ingredients into the shaker including the egg and let it sit for about 10 seconds. 
  2. Shake dry without ice cubes, add ice cubes and shake again for a few seconds. 
  3. Double strain into an old fashioned glass.
  4. Garnish with a twist of orange.

4. Roselita

Aside from the stunning pink hue, Roselita is one of those cocktails that will make any meal more appetizing. The mixture of aged rum, pear liqueur, and hibiscus liqueur gives subtle sweetness while still getting hints of bitterness in every sip. 

Ingredients

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Mix well until combined. 
  3. Serve in a highball glass and garnish with sugar disc, lime wedge, and dehydrated hibiscus flowers.

5. Apple Cider Ginarita

If you're looking for the perfect pairing to ease into that cozy night in, look no further than this Apple Cider Ginarita. The sweetness of apples meets the liquors’ warm spices - it will have your mouth watering before you know how good this tastes!

Ingredients

  • 1.7 oz. Gin
  • 0.8 oz. Cointreau
  • 1 oz. Lime juice⁠
  • 1 oz. Apple cider or cloudy apple juice⁠
  • Brown sugar, cinnamon and salt, to rim⁠
  • Apple slice and rosemary sprig, to garnish⁠

Directions

  1. Add the first three ingredients to a shaker with ice. 
  2. Garnish with a slice of apple and a sprig of rosemary.⁠

6. Pomegranate Sling

Pomegranate Sling is the perfect drink for those who like their drinks strong and flavorful. This elegant cocktail has an interesting flavor profile that will remind you of your favorite Manhattan but with gin!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Shake all ingredients (except for the soda) with ice. 
  2. Strain over ice and top with soda.
  3. Garnish with dehydrated orange.

7. Apple Pie Tai

Apple Pie Tai tastes exactly like a classic, warm apple pie. The recipe by Boston Tiki Party @bostontikiparty is pretty true to the original and has just enough spice from cinnamon for that extra kick of deliciousness in each sip!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. New York apple whiskey
  • 0.5 oz. Homemade spiced apple cider liqueur
  • 1 oz. Fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz. Pecan orgeat
  • 0.25 oz. Cinnamon syrup
  • 5 dashes Aromatic bitters

Directions

  1. Shake everything together with ice, then strain into a double old fashioned glass rimmed with brown sugar. 
  2. Fill with crushed ice.
  3. Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick.

8. Lemon Sorbet

Glasses of Lemon Sorbet

If you're lucky enough to be experiencing your first snow fall, what better way is there than sipping on a refreshing Lemon Sorbet cocktail? It only requires three ingredients and will surely bring all the holiday feels in each sip.

  1. Combine campari and gin in a champagne glass.
  2. Top with prosecco.

9. Pineapple Leaf

 A glass of Pineapple Leaf

This Pineapple Leaf cocktail is nothing short of a laid-back and relaxing drink. The combination of gin, Lillet blanc, blue curacao, lemon juice, and pineapple juice makes up a tart yet sweet concoction that will make you crave more.

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Strain over ice. 
  3. Garnish with a pineapple leaf. 

10. Apple Flower

A glass of Apple Flower

Not only will you fall in love with this cocktail's garnish, but you will also keep on craving its well-rounded flavors. This Apple Flower concoction is a mixture of various liquors, red chai syrup, and topped with meringue. All together, you'll find sweet, bitter, and creamy hints in every sip.

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients. 
  2. Strain into an old fashioned glass and top with meringue. 
  3. Garnish with apple slices.
