    Yet every morning, I have 24 ounce bowls of cinnamon with my oatmeal. I love the oatmeal because it brings down my blood sugar from around 300 mg to about 120 so I have a ritual of having my two bowls of oatmeal for breakfast eggs and toast you should try and see how it works for you because I know it works for me.
