The Mofado Crystal Mixing set is a great gift item and so far the quality seems to be excellent. When I got the mixing set it was missing the mixing spoon. I contacted customer service who promptly responded & sent me a mixing spoon & another (longer handle muddler. OUTSTANDING customer service.

Very impressed by this set! A impressive thick walled glass mixer with all the accessories you would need.

The set arrived without the muddler, which I didn't notice, and the crystal cracked after only a couple of uses. Although I was out of warranty, I contacted Mofado and they immediately offered to send me a complete new set, including muddler, at no charge. I liked the quality of the mixing glass, nice heavy crystal, and will take more care when washing it in the future.I would buy this again and recommend it to a friend.
