1. Tropical Mai Tai

This recipe combines light rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, lime cordial syrup, or liqueur with dark Jamaican or Haitian rum. Steps to Make

  1. Add the orange, pineapple, lime juices, rums, Grand Marnier, and ice to a shaker.
  2. Shake well and pour into a highball glass that’s filled with ice. Pour or spoon in the grenadine. Garnish with orange and lime slices, pineapple, and fresh mint.

3. Earl Grey Marteani

  • 1.6 oz. Spirit of Dublin Poitín 
  • 0.6 oz. Lime
  • 0.6 oz. Sugar
  • 6-8 Mint leaves
  • Top with lime soda
