Pears and bourbon are the perfect matches. They say that there is no such thing as too much of a good thing, and this recipe proves it!

Ingredients

2 cups Apple juice
¼ cup Fresh mint leaves
1 pc. Pear, cut into cubes or ½ oz. Pear vodka
1 tsp. Maple syrup
3 tbsp. Bourbon whiskey

Directions

In a blender, combine the ingredients (except the bourbon) and blend it until it reaches the consistency of a smoothie.
Pour the bourbon and stir the mixture. Divide evenly into 2 glasses over ice.
Serve with additional mint, slices of pear, and more maple syrup for garnish.
