I initially got this for my mom too make her a old-fashioned drink with it but I ended up using this top because I wanted to make a LAVENDER LEMON DROP & didn't want to use much lavender syrup to get the lavender taste!

I love these bitters. I use them in most gin drinks I make, and also anything lemon e.g., limoncello martinis. I also put a couple of drops in many of my flavored-water drinks, the ones that are just water plus flavorings, no alcohol.I’d never have thought lavender would be a very useful flavoring; am happily surprised at how often I use it.Lasts forever - I feel like I’ve been putting lavender drops into some beverage at least once a day for past 1-2 years, and the bottle is STILL not empty. B…ut - I bought a second bottle as backup for when it finally does run out…

This is my bitters of choice. Robust yet delightfully nuanced with a flowering lavender. Surprisingly versatile with a joyous “je ne sais quoi” quality to it. It is the quiet star of my drinks cabinet.

With these bitters, I was able to recreate the drink I'd been served at a nice restaurant. Tasted great and friends were impressed.

strong smell, flowery

It is a real bitter, not sweet as many of them are. It then has a beautiful floral aroma, the lavender that gives a real kick. Great in gin (and vodka)!

I add a dash to white chocolate lattes and it is da bomb! I love that it's just the flavor so I can decide if I am going low calorie or endulging. Haven't tried in cocktails yet, but have no doubt that this would be lovely in an Old Fashioned. Get it!

It's a little pricey, but it is very tasty. Recommend!
