A Pace That Kills is a cocktail that creator Rachel Corbitt @theresidentmixologist drew inspiration from Van Halen’s “Runnin' With the Devil.” This is a song about a singer living on the road, living life to the fullest one day at a time. This recipe calls for a simple Old Fashioned variation that starts with scotch and blood orange.

Ingredients

Steps to Make

  1. Stir everything with ice and strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube.
  2. Garnish with dried blood orange.

  • 1.5 oz. Barrel-aged Sloe & Mulberry gin
  • 1 oz. Mancino Amaranto vermouth
  • 0.5 oz. Hierbas De Las Dunas
  • 0.6 oz. Balsamic grenadine
  • ½ Fresh lemon

Steps to Make

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Mix well.
  2. Pour into a glass of choice.

5. Cachaça In A Glass

The refreshing taste of a tropical island awaits as you take this sip of Cachaça In A Glass. The recipe calls for Magfinica Cachaça mixed with bourbon whiskey, lime juice, and pineapple gum syrup to create one delicious drink that will leave your mouth feeling full but not too sticky or heavy!
