Ingredients

½ cup Zinfandel grapes (or other purple-skinned grapes)

1 loosely packed tbsp. Rosemary needles

1 tsp. Sugar

1 tbsp. Freshly squeezed lemon juice

1½ oz. Gin

Ice
Directions
In a cocktail shaker, mash the grapes, rosemary, and sugar.
Add in the lemon juice, then the gin.
Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve.
Stir with ice, then strain into a glass filled with ice, and top off with a splash of sparkling water.
