I have no complaints on this item. It's a great size, the craftsmanship is nice, it's pretty sturdy. I gave it as a gift and he loves it. Definitely giftable

I am so happy with my mugs. I bought them to celebrate Brewfest on World of Warcraft and they didn't disappoint. I can tell these were hand crafted because they are slightly different sizes and I feel it adds to the charm. The metal inside isn't the highest quality, they have slight pitting. I noticed my beverages stayed much cooler.

This was a desperate, last minute Christmas present for my son-in-law. I was worried it wouldn't arrive in time. It did, just a few hours before our party!! Beautiful mug and perfect for him!!

I got this mug for my cat. He likes to have a tall cup of water on the nightstand. But if the water level gets too low for his liking, he knocks the cup over which obviously always makes a mess. For a long while until very recently he'd been using a large, heavy plastic mug that was difficult to knock over, but recently he did indeed topple it and it broke. This handmade beer mug is too heavy for him to knock over, and very sturdy to boot! Would buy again, but shouldn't have to.

It's made of quality materials and seems like it will last a long time

My friends think I'm being extra whenever I bust this bad boy out but...it's who I am now. I'm that guy

I got these to use for D&D night - I wanted something that would look right in a Medieval tavern, and this was perfect. (I also bought a painted resin mug meant to look like wood and iron, but the "wood" looked fake on that one.)Love the extra large size. The wood seems waterproof, and so far I have not had any trouble with liquid getting between the inner metal cup and the outer wood part. (The metal is glued in and you can't remove it for cleaning - hand washing required, but it's easy to cle…an.) It will probably look even better with a little wear since it's real wood. The handle is quite comfy to grip even if you have large hands. One thing to note - the metal does not cover the rim of the cup, which means the wood rim gets wet whenever you take a swig. It doesn't seem to hurt the wood (so far anyway), but I keep feeling like I should dry it. That takes some getting used to. I suppose the mug wouldn't have looked quite as Medieval if they had made the metal fit over the rim. This mug won the "coolest medieval drinking vessel" contest at our last D&D party. There is no substitute for genuine wood.

I bought this for my teenage brother for Christmas because he had a dollar store glass "beer mug" that he used to drink Pepsi from while playing Dungeons and Dragons with his friends, and I figured I'd get him a real one and he loves it, uses it all the time, it looks so cool and his friends were asking me where I got it from. it is bigger than I thought it was going to be but that's no problem at all.
