The combination of gin, Campari, pineapple juice, and lime juice creates a subtle sourness and hints of sweet notes that will truly quench your thirst. Plus, all the ingredients of Bermuda Hundred are relatively easy to find in your grocery stores.

Ingredients

Steps to Make

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. 
  2. Shake until chilled and strain into a cocktail glass.

2. Rumjava Tiki’Mon

Rumjava Tiki’Mon

Mix-Mann Harp @mix.mann thought of infusing an American rum and Kona coffee to create one fine and neat cocktail. Rumjava Tiki’Mon is loaded with bitter, sweet, and fruity hints that are not overwhelming. The coffee also gives off the toasted coconut and spicy notes that linger in your mouth.

Ingredients

Steps to Make

  1. Combine pomegranate juice and grenadine in the glass, stir with some cracked ice.
  2. Top with cracked ice. 
  3. Shake all the rest with ice for 10 seconds, and strain to the glass. 
  4. Garnish and grate some nutmeg. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1.6 oz. vodka
  • 0.3 oz. Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 0.2 oz. Homemade rosemary syrup
  • Rose lemonade

Steps to Make

  1. Put the lime juice, vodka, and rosemary syrup into a shaker with ice and shake. 
  2. Drain into a cocktail glass. 
  3. Top up with rose lemonade and garnish with fresh rosemary sprig.

4. Blue Hawaiian Punch

Blue Hawaiian Punch

If you want the sky right in front of you, this blue-colored Hawaiian Punch is the answer you have been waiting for. While this cocktail creation of lou_the_bartender is aesthetically pleasing, it is also equally delicious. The mixture of sour mix, Hypnotiq, white rum, and dragonberry rum creates citrus and bitter notes balanced with the Nerds candy’s sourness.

  • Dragonberry rum

  1. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.

6. Grander Raspberry Mojito

Grander Raspberry Mojito

One of the notable features of the Spring season is the beautiful cherry blossoms. If you want to experience a similar feeling of basking at these gorgeous flowers, this Grander Raspberry Mojito is your go-to beverage. 

The beautiful red and pink hue comes from the combination of berries and soda water. But aside from its attractive look, this drink crafted by Grander Rum @granderrum is also loaded with sweet and fruity notes, perfect for a cocktail party. 

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Grander rum
  • 1 oz. Soda water
  • 1 oz. Fresh lime juice
  • 2 Fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 oz. Pure cane syrup
  • Six leaves of mint

Steps to Make

  1. Muddle mint leaves, raspberries, and lime juice in a Collins glass. 
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and ice. 
  3. Top with soda water garnished with a sprig of mint and raspberry.

7. Sparkling Paris

Do you miss the love and sweet atmosphere surrounding Paris? This concoction by Remi Massai @frenchandstormy will take you back to the City of Love without taking a plane and spending much. Sparkling Paris is a low ABV cocktail that is fruity and citrusy, making it perfect for casual drinks with friends on a work night.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Elderflower infused white vermouth
  • 0.6 oz. Dill and strawberries clarified syrup
  • 0.3 oz. Citric acid

Steps to Make

  1. Mix and stir all the ingredients in a glass.
  2. Serve on ice. 

8. Pinkie Tiki - Rita

 Pinkie Tiki - Rita

Calling all pink lovers out there, this margarita blend from Spirited Shaker @spiritedshaker is not your typical one. The pink peppercorn simple and natural rose enhancer gives off a natural bright, sweet and spicy hints. Plus, the rose enhancer creates floral notes into the Pinkie Tiki - Rita drink.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Smoked blanco tequila @thesmokelabel 
  • 1 oz. Lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. Orgeat
  • 1/4 oz. Falernum
  • 1/2 oz. Cointreau
  • 1/4 oz. Pink peppercorn simple
  • 1/2 oz. Natural rose enhancer @jardininfusions
  • Crushed peppercorn and lava salt rim

Steps to Make

  1. Crush a handful of pink peppercorns with mortar and pestle and add Hawaiian lava salt. Rim pearl diver glass.
  2. Add rose enhancer to the bottom of the glass, followed by crushed ice.
  3. Shake up all remaining ingredients and pour them into your glass.
  4. Garnish with flowers and pineapple fronds. 

9. Mango Margarita

Mango Margarita

Mango Margarita is a fusion of summer and spring in one glass. The sweetness of the mango juice and pineapple juice mixed with tequila creates a refreshing drink. Plus, the ingredients of this drink crafted by Faiza Richards @faizashrugged are not that hard at all to find.

10. Pinewood Derby

Pinewood Derby

While some may think that this Pinewood Derby’s combo is weird, it is undoubtedly delicious. The marriage between Underberg, orgeat, and citrus juice creates a balance of tart, sweet, herbal, and rich notes. While the ingredients may sound odd at first, they will surely linger in your taste buds once you take a sip.

  1. Whip shake all the ingredients with a bit of crushed ice. 
  2. Pour into a glass and top with more crushed ice. 
  3. Garnish with sage and Underberg bottle
