These bitters wowed me, an avid tiki and Caribbean cocktail nut! I am already imagining all the ways I could incorporate the bold flavors, rum old fashioneds, simplified zombies, maybe even a custom daiquiri or two!Any cocktail fan would be happy to have these in his bar, can't wait to order some more in the new year!

A wonderful flavor-filled bitters. It appears to be made for beach drinks with rum, but I love using it in my Manhattans. I've also added it to apples sauteed in butter and brown sugar. Yum.
