What better way to celebrate the New Year than with this refreshing Red Snapper? The name doesn’t equally define the drink, aside from it being red. This cocktail is an exciting variation of the classic Bloody Mary, with some ingredients that'll make your mouth water in anticipation of a savory experience!
Advanced Mixology

Ingredients
- 2 cups Tomato juice, chilled
- ¼ cup Fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. Prepared horseradish
- ½ tsp. Tabasco hot sauce
- ½ tsp. Celery salt
- ⅛ tsp. Black pepper
- 8 oz. Gin, chilled
- Ice for serving
Directions
- Combine the tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, Tabasco, celery salt, and black pepper in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well to combine (without ice).
- Strain into a quart mason jar or preferred glass.
Recipe Note
Before making the cocktail, chill the gin and tomato juice first if you have extra time.
