Perfect for a Halloween party, this Purple People Eater is a delicious and spooky non-alcoholic mocktail. This monster-themed drink tastes like cherry lemonade but looks like a terrifying monster!

      1. Cut a thick ring of lemon, about ¼ inch thick.

      2. Cut small triangles out of the lemon segment rinds. Cut a slit into each triangle, just past the rind and not on a seam. Set these aside for now.
      3. Fill the glass halfway with grenadine and blue food coloring. Stir until the mixture is purple.
      4. Fill the glass halfway with ice.
      5. Pour the lemonade (and if using sparkling water/lemon-lime soda) on top. Gently stir the drink to combine.
      6. Garnish with a ping pong eyeball and a lemon wedge on the rim. Serve.

      1. Cut a ¼ inch ring of lemon. Make triangles out of the circle.

      2. Combine the blue curacao and grenadine in a cocktail shaker.

      3. Pour the vodka and top with a large scoop of ice.
      4. Shake the vodka mixture for 30 seconds or until it is very cold in the shaker.
      5. Fill a cocktail glass halfway with ice and halfway with vodka.
      6. Fill with lemonade as needed (more or less than 4 ounces).
      7. Serve with a lemon wedge and a ping pong eyeball as garnish.
