Cinnamon Maple Whiskey Sour
Fill a cocktail shaker or mason jar about two-thirds full with ice. Pour in the bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup, and a pinch of ground cinnamon. Secure the lid and shake well.
Pour fresh ice into the cocktail glass and strain the mixture into the glass. Garnish with the cinnamon stick and cherry. Enjoy!
You can also warm the maple syrup with a cinnamon stick in very low heat for 15 minutes, cool it down, and discard the cinnamon stick before mixing it with the bourbon and lemon juice.
