The Cocktail Butcher @thecocktailbutcher is the head bartender at COYA Abu Dhabi, a Latin American restaurant. He also founded the Capital Bartenders, a bartender community in the heart of Abu Dhabi. This skilled bartender is also known as an ambassador for Bottesi Bar Tools.
2. Moe Aljaff
When you’re a struggling artist living on the streets of Amsterdam, it's hard to imagine that one day your life will take an unexpected turn. But for Moe Aljaff @schmuckordie, who was once scraping by with cheap pints from Burger King and handing out flyers, anything is possible!
Now, the up-and-coming bartender has been making waves in Barcelona and recently opened his third venue.
3. Yancy Violi
Yancy Violi @yancyvioli is a bartender, beverage consultant, and content creator who was previously touted as "NYC's Celebrity Bartender" in 2019 by BOLD TV and Not A Foodie Podcast. He has created one-of-a-kind cocktail experiences with brands like Netflix, Coca-Cola, and World's 50 Best through alcohol partnerships.
4. Monica Berg
Monica Berg @monicasuh is an award-winning bartender who has worked at Muyu liqueurs and recently opened London bars with her partner Alex Kratena. Their business made it onto the list of top 10 best places to drink in 2019 by Time Out, while their newest venture took them up 5 positions on 2020’s ranking for "The World's 50 Best Bars.
5. Demitria Dana Paramita
The head bartender of Skai Bar, Demitria Dana Paramita @demitria_ramona from Indonesia, started her bartending career in various bars before moving on to Singapore. She has won many cocktail competitions, such as the SG Bacardi Legacy Champion 2020 and Lady Amarena Global.
6. Agung Prabowo
Agung Prabowo @agprabs is the co-founder of Penicillin, which opened in 2020 with a sincere focus on sustainability. It sources ingredients locally and makes extensive efforts to reduce waste while even planting trees for every cocktail ordered at their bar! This award-winning business has also been recognized by Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2021.
7. Shelley Tai
In a city where cocktails are king, bartender Shelley Tai @kankantai has rightfully taken her place at the top. The 2019 Diageo World Class HK & Macau Bartender of the year is not just any ordinary bartender - she’s won numerous awards for creativity and excellence in crafting signature drinks that reflect Hong Kong’s creative cuisines.
8. Kelsey Ramage
Kelsey Ramage @kelseyramage started a cocktail bar in downtown Toronto called Supernova Ballroom last 2019 and also runs an education platform to reduce waste within bars, teaching bartenders recipes with techniques that help them keep more of what they make.
9. Katie Auth
Katie Auth @katie.sips made her way to New York City just five years ago, and she found herself looking for an additional creative outlet that eventually led to stepping behind a bar. With dedication in pursuing craft, Katie quickly dived further into the industry, which led her to work at Dear Irving on Hudson, Blue Quarter rooftop lounge located near Central Park, and most recently, Talk Story Rooftop.
10. Natasha Sofia
When Natasha Sofia @natasha_sofia left her parent's house at the age of 15, she didn't think that this would be one decision that would change her entire life. Starting as a waitress at Johnny Rockets, this well-versed bartender has now marked her 17th year of making cocktails and entertaining people behind the bar.
