This cocktail is a must-try for anyone who loves raspberries! The fermented raspberry shrub tastes so good that you'll want to take another sip just after tasting it. The cocktail is also mixed with Cognac, simple syrup, and topped off with soda water.
Ingredients
- 2½ oz. Fermented raspberry shrub
1½ oz. Cognac
1⁄2 oz. Simple syrup
Soda water to top
Directions
Shake raspberry shrub, cognac, and simple syrup in an ice-filled shaker.
Strain into ice-filled glass.
Top with soda water.
