The Ramos Gin Fizz cocktail is made with gin, lemon juice, lime juice, orange flower water, and egg white. The drink is usually shaken or stirred before being strained into a tall glass filled with ice cubes.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Gin
- 1 Egg white
- 1 tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. Lime juice
- 1 tbsp. Heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. Simple syrup
- 3 drops Orange blossom water
- Club soda
Directions
- Shake the gin, egg white, lemon and lime juice, heavy cream, simple syrup, and orange blossom in a cocktail shaker with no ice.
- Add ice and shake until cold.
- Strain into a Collins glass and top with a splash of club soda.
