Pomegranate Champagne Punch Recipe
This punch is the perfect way to bring in the holiday season. It has all kinds of layers that are sure not only taste great but give your guests something fun and different from time to time! The cinnamon syrup gives it an extra flavor twist, so you can switch this out for other festive events if needed.
Seasonal fruits and citrus slices, plus more for garnish
1 cup Citrus vodka
2 cups Pomegranate juice
1½ cups Cranberry juice
3 tbsp. Lemon juice
3 tbsp. Cinnamon syrup
1 bottle Champagne
1½ cups Ginger ale
Pomegranate arils and fresh mint for garnish
In a large bowl or pitcher, place the fruits and some ice cubes.
Pour in all the liquid ingredients except the champagne and ginger ale and mix well.
Slowly add the champagne and ginger all to the mixture.
The recipe says "Champagne," but you can use Prosecco if that's what floats your boat. This sparkling wine has an elegant flavor and is often more budget-friendly than true French Champagne!
