No Frills Mint Julep Recipe
When we think of a traditional Mint Julep, we usually imagine a sugar-laden cocktail that packs in the calories. But this is not the case with this new and improved recipe!
We've taken out most of the sugar from the simple syrup and replaced it with powdered sugar, and more fresh mint leaves for an amazing taste without harmful effects. This low-calorie drink is perfect for any occasion or day-to-day indulgence.
1 bunch of Fresh mint
1 tsp. Powdered sugar (fewer calories than simple syrup)
1.5 oz. Bourbon
1 tbsp. Water
