If you’re looking for a rich and spicy cocktail that will hit all the right notes, look no further than the Michelada. With its savory yet spicy flavor profile, this revitalizing drink is like a more robust version of a Bloody Mary.
To make a traditional Mexican Michelada, you’ll start by using Clamato juice instead of plain tomato juice. Clamato adds an umami richness to the drink and a delicious kick of spice.
In addition to the Clamato juice, you’ll also use hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce to give your michelada that perfectly tangy and spicy flavor. And finally, you can use whatever brand of Mexican light beer you prefer to top off this delicious cocktail.
The best brands are Corona, Sol, Tecate, and Modelo. With its nuanced flavor and bold aroma, this popular drink will become your new go-to beverage!
