Hibiscus Vodka Recipe

The key ingredient in this cocktail is the vodka infused with dried hibiscus flower syrup, giving it a tropical flavor. Our recipe includes homemade syrup. You can purchase the hibiscus flower syrup directly, but this cocktail can surely hit the spot either way!
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Water
½ cup Dried hibiscus flowers
1 oz. Hibiscus simple syrup
1½ oz. Vodka
5 oz. Sparkling water (or club soda)
Fresh lime for garnish
Add the sugar, water, and dried hibiscus flowers to a small pot.
Add vodka and 1 ounce of the simple syrup to a tall glass.
Stir together and add ice.
Top with sparkling water.
Serve with a wedge of fresh lime.
