The Hellraiser Picnic cocktail is a salty yet sweet treat that will make anyone feel like summertime has finally arrived. Its fruit-forward flavor is reminiscent of warm days spent outside under an umbrella or by poolside with friends. It’s the one of the best must-try cocktails for chicken pizzas!
Ingredients
1½ oz. Pear vodka
1½ oz. Watermelon tea
1 oz. Lemonade
1 oz. Watermelon juice
1 dash of Cranberry bitters
1 can of San Pellegrino Lemon
Watermelon wedge and sea salt for garnish
Directions
Rim the glasses with sea salt.
Add all the ingredients except the San Pellegrino to a glass with ice.
Stir gently to mix the ingredients.
Top with the lemon sparkling water.
Garnish with watermelon and serve.
