Ingredients
For the Cream Topping:
- 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup Butterscotch topping
- ÂĽ cup Powdered sugar
For the Harry Potter Butter Beer:
- 2 L of Cream soda, chilled
- ÂĽ tsp Caramel extract
- ÂĽ tsp Butter extract
Directions
Whip the heavy cream until it is thick and stiff.
- Combine the butterscotch topping and powdered sugar.
- Pour the caramel, butter extracts, and cream soda into clear cups or mugs.
- Enjoy the drink with butterscotch cream topping!
