⅔ cup Almond milk
2 to 4 slices Fresh peeled ginger or to taste
2 tbsp. Honey
½ tsp. Pure vanilla extract
¼ tsp. Ground cinnamon or to taste
1 1/2 cups Coarsely chopped kale
For a twist on this summertime favorite, add one tablespoon each of rosemary and fresh-squeezed orange juice.
