This year's fig harvest was so plentiful that we decided to use some in a bourbon infusion. The Fig Bourbon Negroni packs a serious punch!


Additionally, the dry sharpness of the Bruto Americano is well complemented by the sweetness of the bourbon, making for a delicious variation on the classic drink.

      1. Quarter the figs and remove the stems.

      2. Pour the bourbon over the figs in a big jar with a tight-fitting lid.
      3. Soak the figs for 3-5 days. The longer the figs soak, the more flavorful they get.
      4. When done, strain the bourbon into a clean bottle and serve.

      1. Stir together the ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass.

      2. Fill the glass  halfway with crushed ice and top with 1⁄2 of fresh fig.
