2 oz. Light rum
½ tsp. Sugar
1 dash Lemon juice
1 dash Grenadine
1 dash Raspberry syrup, or raspberry liqueur
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, put all the ingredients.
Shake well until combined and chilled.
Strain into a martini glass.
Egg whites are a great addition to any cocktail because they fluff up the drink. However, we recommended to shake the mixture longer and stronger to thoroughly combine the egg white with the rest of the ingredients.
