This mocktail is perfect when you're watching the Harry Potter series all over again during the holidays. The best part about this recipe is that it only contains a few ingredients!
Advanced Mixology

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp. Ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. Ground nutmeg

2 tbsp. Butterscotch sauce
- 1 tbsp. Unsalted butter, softened

6 cans Vanilla cream soda
For the Batter:
For the Butterbeer:
Directions
- Combine the cream, spices, butterscotch, and softened butter in a small bowl. Whisk for 2 minutes until slightly thick.
- Chill into the freezer and only take it out when making the butterbeer.
- Fill a glass with the cold vanilla cream soda followed by the butterbeer batter. You can make this as thick as you like.
- Serve with a straw or drink straight from the glass if you desire.
