Directions Combine the cream, spices, butterscotch, and softened butter in a small bowl. Whisk for 2 minutes until slightly thick.
Chill into the freezer and only take it out when making the butterbeer.
Fill a glass with the cold vanilla cream soda followed by the butterbeer batter. You can make this as thick as you like.
Serve with a straw or drink straight from the glass if you desire.

You can make this mocktail hot or cold, depending on your preference.
