Bourbon Sour is a classic cocktail that is making a comeback in bars and restaurants across the country. Sour refers to the citrus juice used to balance out the sweetness of the bourbon.
Some bartenders like to add an egg white to give the drink a foamy texture, but this is optional. The key to making a perfect Bourbon Sour is to use fresh, quality ingredients.
