Can’t wait to try this fascinating cocktail mix yourself? You will need to bring out a mixing glass, shaker, and strainer from your bar collection. For the ingredients, you will need to prepare these ingredients: gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white. Blue curacao will give it its brilliant blue color as well.
Preparation
Here’s how it’s done. In a mixing glass, combine all the ingredients. Add plenty of ice and shake well for about 15 seconds. Then use a strainer to separate the ice from the liquid. Shake again for 30 more minutes. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass and top it off with a beautiful lemon zest garnish.

Ingredients
- 1 oz. gin (if 47 Alcohol By Volume), 2oz if 40 (ABV)
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup
- 1/3 oz. blue curacao
- 1 egg white
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients and shake with plenty of ice for 12-15 seconds
- Strain out the ice and dry shake for 30 seconds.
- Double strain in a pre-chilled coupe
- Garnish with lemon zest
