
Bloody Mary Queen Of Scotch Recipe

One of the most popular mixed drinks out there is a Bloody Mary. The smokiness from blending in some Scotch gives it complexity and depth that's hard to find with just vodka alone!
A perfect addition for brunch, enjoy this classic cocktail on any day, really but especially weekends when you're looking forward to more food - or perhaps not so much as after your morning workout?

ÂĽ oz. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
4 oz. Tomato juice
1½ oz. Smoky blended Scotch
2-3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
3-4 dashes Tabasco
Pinch of Black pepper
Pinch of Salt (or smoked salt)
Ice
Celery stalk for garnish
Combine the lemon juice, tomato juice, Scotch, Worcestershire sauce, tabasco, black pepper, and salt in a pint glass.
Roll the drink between two pint glasses.
Pour into a pint glass or Collins glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a celery stalk.
