The classic Bee's Knees Cocktail and the AT-AT Knees have a little common origin. The cocktail is named for its cool gin, lemon, and honey mixture. Named after the AT-AT walker, a Star Wars 4-legged combat vehicle, this drink is robust and strong—their only difference is that the AT-AT Knees cocktail is flavorful and delicious!
Ingredients
1.5 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Lemon juice
1 oz. Honey
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake well until combined and chilled.
Strain into a coupe glass.
