This is a bright and summery drink, perfect for entertaining or just sitting down with friends. It's sweet without being too overwhelming. Thanks in part to the apples, which lend their natural crispiness as well as pears for depth of flavor while still letting some refreshingly embodied bubbles take over!

Ingredients

1 bottle Moscato wine

½ cup Lemon liqueur

Zest of 2 lemons

¼ cup Granulated sugar

¼ cup Fresh lemon juice (from two lemons)

1 pc. Granny Smith apple, cored, halved, and thinly sliced

1 pc. Bartlett pear, cored, halved, and thinly sliced

1 can Seltzer

It's a great idea to strain sangria after chilling it if you want because then the lemon zest will be easier to remove.
