Why settle for just one ingredient when you can have three? The aged rum, curaçao and lime juice in this classic summertime highball not only taste great together but provide an excellent background flavor. Topping it off with ginger beer does the trick every time!
Advanced Mixology

Ingredients
- 1½ oz. Añejo rum
- ½ oz. Orange curaçao liqueur
- ½ oz. Lime juice
- 2 dashes Aromatic bitters
- 2 oz. Ginger beer
- Lime wheel and orange slice for garnish
Directions
In a highball glass filled with ice, combine the rum, curaçao, lime juice, and bitters.
- Top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with the orange and lime. Serve and enjoy.

In the year 2000, Dale DeGroff created Anejo Highball as a tribute to Cuban bartenders who worked in the early 1900s.
