    So Amazon has a habit of suggesting nonsense I don't need but tend to want. They realize I have a addiction or something lol. But this was one of those that turned out to be something I ever knew I needed. I'm a big sandwich eater of all kinds and this had been a great purchase.

    This works well for smaller vegetables. Can even be used to slice eggs for deviled eggs!

    I am glad that I went with this one. I liked the orange handle. It made slicing pickling cukes a breeze.

    Hand wash!

    We use our knife to go for day trips in the bush. Very handy to have along. Sharp, the protective slip cover is nice for taking along without injuring anyone (it fits snugly and doesnt slide off easily) Good size for chopping and peeling.

    This has been a great tool for several years but be warned, the handle doesn't hold up well in the dishwasher. It started cracking in a year.

    Works for spreading mayo on bread. However after only 3 weeks blade has rust spots on it from dishwasher.
