The cup arrived and was exactly as pictured, and I think it's so pretty. Keeps drinks hot or cold and it's been easy to clean. I didn't receive the straws, but the seller was quick to resolve the issue and send me replacement straws to make up for the warehouse's mistake. I ended up ordering a 4-pack because I liked the cup so much. I haven't opened those yet, but I already know they'll be just what I need.

This was an upgrade for me from a similar cup that was only a 20oz. I felt like I was constantly running out of water with the 20oz so I knew I wanted something larger. I have sort of small hands so I was happy with the graduated design of this one so that I can grip the bottom, as the top is too big for me to hold comfortably. The color is a cute mint green. I like that the lid is tinted so that you can't see exactly what I have in it. I also really love that the straw it comes with is a softe…r plastic. The metal straws have made me nervous that I'll chip a tooth or something, so I much prefer this straw as it mimics a normal disposable plastic straw while being durable and washable. I wouldn't say it's leak PROOF, as I use it with a straw and it would certainly leak out past the straw hole. But the lid itself seems plenty leak proof. A cup with ice and water stays cold all day. All in all very happy with the purchase, I know I'll get a lot of miles out of it!

I guess it’s my own fault but I thought a cs was 8, not 4. I bought 6 similar for less which also arrived today & I bought these a few months ago for half the price. Quality is fine though.

This cup does a great job keeping my water cold and not sweating, but I dropped the lid the second day I had it and it shattered into multiple pieces of sharp plastic. Cup = Good, Lid = The worst.
