The ring shaped cutter slides easily down the bottle neck. Once in place press the black plastic button on the side of the cutter and turn, the bladed wheels located inside of the cutter then rotate and begin to slice through the foil with ease. The bladed wheels are made from special blade steel ensuring persistent sharpness and cutting.
