Wine Foil Cutter

Great product- works well

Lifelong winophile & have yet to find a foil cutter to even compare with this one! Forget the price--it isso enjoyable to use & to know that it will probably be the last one I'll ever need. If so, it will only beanother one of these! Will buy a spare, just in case I overstay my time on Earth. Don't delay!! JW.

I liked the ease of using. I loved using it. Way beyond others I have had, and I have had quite a few.

This is a vast improvement over using the tiny knife included in most corkscrew’s. It’s sturdily made, functional and does the job handily.

This is similar to all the other foil cutters you can buy, but is distinguished primarily by its heavy duty body.One tip that isn’t really made clear for this or any other foil cutter. When rotating the cutter around the bottle top, or rotating the bottle while keeping the cutter stationary, make sure to hold onto the bottle by the foil around the upper part of the bottle.A lot of bottles have loose fitting foil, and if you don’t hold the foil down against the bottle, you end up spinning the fo…il when you move the cutter or the bottle, instead of cutting the foil. That took me way to long to figure out!

I open a bottle of wine nearly every day. Sometimes two. It’s not life changing, but it is worth it. This foil cutter feels good in the hand, cuts cleanly and handles well. Worth the extra cost compared to others.

Have struggled with cheaper versions of foil cutters - the kind that come packed with a cork puller or whatever. This one accepts a firm grip, cuts the foil first try and every time, and looks like it is built to last.

Those plastic jobs with the tiny metal cutting wheels are an embarrassment to consumer product engineering. They fail within weeks. This one is designed and built as if it is intended to be a functioning and permanent bar tool. Thank you.
