I finally lost a bottle in transport in one of these. The heat caused it to burst. It collected 97% of the liquid, bourbon.

I like that the product worked as advertised. I had to send liquid in a glass bottle through the mail and a friend recommended this. The product gave me the extra confidence to ship my goods and the items arrived without incident.

Good cushioning, but slides around. When security checked bag they took bottles out then stuffed back in and cushion was wadded up at bottom-pretty useless there!

I waited until I got back from my trip to Italy to review this. I brought multiple bottles of limoncello , big and small (I wrapper the little ones in fabric and out 4 in one diaper). They all made it safe even though I packed them in a flimsy disposable Ikea duffle bag! The padding is nice and I believe it would have absorbed everything should one had broken . They only downside is that they take up so much space still empty when you're trying to travel light, buy it's the price to pay! Worth …the $.

I have used these to bring wine home across the U.S. and from Europe. Put it in the middle of my checked luggage, padded with clothes. So far no broken bottles so don't know how well they would handle it, but the ziploc seal seems good.
