The capacity is good and burgundy bottles fit

I could not be more pleased with this fridge! The delivery was done well and the guys went over the top in service and helped me get it all the way down stairs. I let it set for over 24 hours before plugging in. Most of my wine was at room temp, but even with all the wine placed in the unit, it took only a day to get at stable temp and about 3 days to almost get to 60% humidity. The ambient humidity here in colorado and in my home is about 24% in the winter right now, and the unit is mainta…ining 55% humidity on its own. I placed a water pan in the back just today to get it up to 70% humidity and it is already on the rise. I am sure that when the wood shelves absorb the moisture I'll be able to remove the water pan and it should keep well above 60% on it's own from there. It's just so dry where i live.The temperature only fluctuates about half a degree. And within the unit, the top is about 1 degree warmer than the bottom, which is acceptable.I have no trouble holding pinot noir, bordeaux, cabernet, and large California Cab bottles all on the same shelf while still getting to 100 bottles. Actually, I can hold about 106 bottles in here if I remove the "display shelf' on the top. I just stacked some port wines up there all together since they have to age longer and can be warmer anyway, so i get a few extra bottles.could not be happier with this purchase!!

My other electric wine cellar died after many many years. Luckily, it was in the winter time so I had places in the house to store my lovelies in a good temperature while I researched. After reading all the reviews, I chose this one and am so happy I did. We had an extra coat closet available and this fit right inside. Because my wines are important to me and keeping them at 57-58 degrees is a must, we did go out and buy a generator just in case PG&E has to shut us down for any electrical i…ssues they have. Screw the refrigerator and our garage freezer - my wine cellar is the first to be saved. My husband doesn't drink so I don't know what he's going to do. LOLOLOLOLOL.

I have only had the Whynter BWR-1002SD for less than two months, but it has performed well and is quiet. It is sold at a competitive price and the digitally controlled temp and overall styling make it a good choice for home use.

Very nice unit, holds promised capacity, good temperature control.

Product arrived on-time, however the door handle was unfortunately scratched and not sure how. Contacted their customer service and received immediate response. They handled situation quickly and shipped me a new handle at no cost...very much impressed. The cooler works extremely well and keeps both temp zones cooled to their respective temps. Only issue I have, which is not a product problem, is that to get the max amount of bottles in it, the bottles in front must have their necks face th…e back of the unit. This prevents me from putting labels on the neck of the bottles so I can see what wine they are...not a biggie...I just now put labels on the front of the shelves...Thank you Whynter customer service for your assistance and keep up the great work!!

Great wine fridge and a great price. Very quite and the L.E.D. lighting is nice. You won't be disappointed.

We are very pleased with the unit. My only quibble would be that I would prefer it if the drawers pulled out further. It is difficult to see what the bottles in the back row are. Other than that we are totally happy with the unit. Great capacity, very quiet operation and reached the easily set temperature quickly.
