Recently got more into mixology and each of these tools plays an essential part in one way or another. Fine mesh filter is essential when making a Penicillin to strain the muddled ginger, Hawthorne strainer is great for drinks with purées.Only thing is I find myself with some regret, it’s hard to find some kind of stand or organizer for these tools so I do wish I’d bought a set that came with one.
