In general, this book is superb and serves as an ideal addition to any coffee table collection. As a dedicated Negroni enthusiast, I found it particularly enlightening to explore the various iterations of this classic cocktail.

This is a wonderful book about not just the classic Negroni cocktail, but other cocktails made from Italian bitter liqueurs such as Campari, Fernet Branca and Cynar. The author gives you the historical background of the Negroni, probably over a hundred recipes for cocktails and lots of beautiful photos. We're in the golden age of cocktails and this book will show you how to prepare fun new drinks. Many of the drinks use Campari, which you can find at any liquor store. The book has inspired m…e to search my local liquor stores for the less well known liqueurs such as Cynar and Fernet Branca. Cheers!

I have come to love Campari and Regan's book is a great addition to my cocktail book library. I haven't found a single recipe I don't like.
