Very useful! I mainly use it to sweeten ginger tea. I do 2oz of Swoon + 2T of crushed ginger in warm water and squeeze lemon on top of that. You can also make a healthy version of Sprite! Use Swoon to taste with carbonated water, lemon juice, and lime juice.

The taste is good but they expire quick, if you don't make drinks with simple syrup daily then get a single bottle
