    I was able to use this product today and wow! Compared to my little zester I've been using, this is incredibly quick to zest. At one point, I was into the lemon before I knew it. Very sharp blade so use with caution. The handle is perfect to prevent any slipping.I like that it's designed by a small business in America even though it's manufactured in China.     It is easy to use. I wish I had owned one before. It makes zesting much easier. I love that it has a snap on sheath for storing safely and it cleans easily too. The handle is made of rubber for easier gripping .

    It seems to zest well, at least with lemons and limes. Plus, you can inherently zest with the "channel" side facing upwards to collect the zest and decrease mess.
