Bought it for tomato juice cocktail. Tomato, carrots, celery, etc. Twist it all up in the vitamix first and then manually pressing through a fine mesh strainer with a spatula. Very tedious. This little press makes short work of it. Huge time and labor saver and the yield increased dramatically. Since I’m starting with a blended raw material, I don’t have any issues associated with unprocessed fruits, or other problematic materials , as many reviewers have said. Just pour it in the bag and squee…ze. And, I can walk away from it, let the mechanicals do the work. I’m a pretty easy mark for a 5 star review, but this little contraption definitely deserves it.

I like it. make sure to place a cloth or something under it for stability.

For a while the restaurant has been draining the tuna their way. Squeezing a handful at a time until all is drain long and tedious not to mention stinky job. With this press I was able to put half the can into the cloth provided and with one full squeeze so much water came out the tuna was perfect super dry just like I want it. The lemon I add and mayo keeps it moist after not the water.

We bought this in hopes of using it to press lard. It works great. Highly recommend.

I use it for my herbs, and it works excellent! I just have to be careful not to over fill it, as it's not as effective then. Otherwise, and excellent product!

It’s a nice size for small batches. Construction is stronger than I expected from the pictures. A beginner wouldn’t go wrong with this if you are doing small batch products. Cheese, juice, tinctures etc…

I wish it came with a rubber stopper for the spout. Easy to pop on or off.but overall, we love it.
