I absolutely love this brand and this specific knife, I use it to this day and I haven’t had to sharpen it yet. I most definitely would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a budget knife to use.

This has been my edc since I got it in. I use this thing 5-6 times a day, at least, while I'm at work. It holds its edge. The grip material is very nice. It gives solid purchase without being rough. Blade is easily opened and closed with one hand once you get used to it. It's a good sized knife as well. I have big hands and this thing feels just right. Would highly recommend.

Came as advertised. Sharp AF and still sharp after a lot of use. Would definitely get more like this.

My favorite EDC.. stays sharp , very comfortable . Fits the hand very well . Spiderco quality is unmatched especially for this price . It’s a work horse of a knife . Have the straight edge and partially serrated . Love them both for different reasons .

This is now the 6th Spyderco I have ordered. I live in NW Montana, on a small farm. The first thing I put on after my pants is my knife, the Spyderco. IT is my EDC. In Montana a knife is considered an essential part of dress, like your belt, not a weapon. I literally use the knife hour after hour, for countless things. Including digging rocks out of the ground, jiggering something lose, cutting rope and have even used it to held free a deer hung up in bailing twine. Although my knife is not as …sharp as when it came out of the box it certainly is as tight with NO blade looseness or wiggle. And it opens almost as quick as an automatic knife. I have Spyderco's made in the U.S. and although this particular model is made in China I can tell no difference between the US and the China models. I have other knives, some significantly more expensive and some much less, but none of them overide the Spyderco. Truly outstanding and highly recommended.

This Spyderco knife is by far one of the best out there in the $60 price range.I ordered the knife in September of 2014 and fell in love with it as soon as it arrived. I was a boy scout at the time and was dabbling in backpacking, camping, etc. All while starting my career in the trades. I carried this knife every day for almost ten years and definitely put it though extreme use. This knife held up great and it is easy to sharpen. Spyder hole is a great feature for single handed use and drastic…ally aids is quick access to the blade, with a little practice.Would recommend to anyone, good knife to start with or just to have around and not have to worry so much about the price.

For what it is its great locking is tight no blade wobble easy to sharpen easy to deploy.... needs a deep carry clip! But this one is tight so over all works great looks nice and doesn't scratch to easy

kind of stiff but teaches you to do proper flip technique.
