This gives a N/A Old Fashioned the kick it needs to feel like you're drinking whiskey. Of course, it will never be like the real thing, but it adds the warmth that's missing. I also recommend using whiskey stones to avoid dilution. The reason for 4 stars for value is that I make all my own simple syrups and for the price of this small bottle I will probably try to make something similar.

This simple syrup was absolutely wonderful. It is the best ginger syrup that I have had. It tastes great in alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, my favorite was Sprite. Keep in mind that this is a very spicy ginger, not as in hot but as in potent. I found my breath taken away a few times when I added a little bit too much or inhaled the carbonation from soda. Fantastic flavor, will order again.

Good flavor, and there are even little bits of ginger in it, which I hadn't realized until pouring. Adds a little extra fun to this syrup.A little bit thicker than most pre-made simple syrups, and in my mind that makes it even more versatile. Naturally, it makes good non-alcoholic drinks that are interesting as well as traditional, but I also poured a little bit on a waffle along with my Vermont maple syrup, and it was excellent. Just adds something very special.After opening, don't forget to p…ut it in the refrigerator so that you can enjoy it to the bottom of the bottle.

We make ginger syrup at home and this is the first time I've had a ginger syrup that has been as good as we make at home. It really is versatile and we use it in everything from cocktails to stirfry. I love how versatile, easy to use and spicy Spiritless horse’s kick ginger syrup is. I’m using it for my favorite alcoholic drinks like mules and non-alcoholic drinks like ginger beers. It’s sweet as is it’s concentrated but once you mix with other ingredients, not so much. Absolutely delicious.

The only cocktail we drink is old-fashioned and this gives it a nice kick. I also am a tea addict and adding this to my ginger teas makes them a real treat.I think I'm halfway through the bottle it is so good! Ginger is good for upset tummies and this is a good way to drink it!Love the product.

This is a tasty ginger syrup. Using it with just sparkling water and it makes a great ginger beer. It does not have too spicy of a ginger flavor, but definitely gingery.

Fiery and Sweet, this ginger syrup definitely has kick. It is flippin' delicious! I adore ginger, and this has the intensity I desperately want from a ginger based product. On its own, it is very sweet. Mixed into something, and the sweetness simmers down. But the hot kick remains. Perfect for mules and apterifs (booze based or not).I dont rate on price. I saw the $18,99 price tag and thought, ooh.. that's doable. Others will cringe. So because we all have different budgets, needs, preferences…, etc, I simply take price out of the equation.This is lovely. Use it in drinks (alcoholic or "spiritless"), desserts, foods, or as a sipper for those that love a little spicy sweet punch to the tastebuds. Ok, that person is me. I keep taking tiny little swigs of this stuff. It just makes me want more. MMMM.
