If only all the beers poured into these glasses were as good as the glasses themselves.

For TRUE appreciation of the IPA style, these glasses are a MUST have! I've had other similar shaped glasses, but these are much more durable. As you fill, at 45° to vertical, the chalice aerates the beer incredibly well, releasing a landslide of aromas that other glass styles either diminish or let escape too quickly. Again, for the BEST appreciation of the style, can't recommend these glasses higher!

Very cool glasses. You really perceive the beers differently. The pour is true with a controllable head. A full glass is inviting, and drinks effortlessly.

I got these for my fiancee for Christmas and he loves them. He says they truly enhance the flavor and loves to drink his IPAs from them. I was worried about them breaking but we've had them for over a year and not one has broken. We wash them in the dishwasher every time.

These were a gift for someone so I didn't use them myself, but the recipient said she loves the glasses and that they are perfect for IPAs.

This is an elegantly crafted fine glass that truly does enhance the experience of drinking an IPA. The "bowl" shape concentrates the aromas, the "stem" section facilitates CO2 release via tiny bubbles every time the beer runs across the ripples. The sparkling clear glass allows the color of the beer to shine. I've always been a proponent of drinking beer out of a glass, not simply the bottle or can it comes in - and now I'm going to become a glass snob. The one drawback is that the ultra-thin g…lass is more delicate than your standard shaker pint glass, so handle it with care. I do put mine in the dishwasher, but not touching any other glassware.

Great glasses but you need to be careful with them in the dishwasher.

I have many of these Speg glasses in various shapes. The SamAdams glass is my favorite of all of them for all around use. These are nice for IPAs but I like the tulip ipa version for Double IPAs

IPA actually seems to taste better in the glasses...more tasting, I mean testing, to come.
