This works soo well. It fits the closet perfectly. I measured it of course before buying. You definitely need to fasten it to the wall. I just couldn't imagine pulling a wine and having the whole thing fall over if one were in a hurry. This thing is only as good as you fasten it to the wall for sturdiness. Fit's bottles great! But it does block a view of the bottle labels if you put them in on every row. Would buy again. Well made.

I purchased the 100-bottle wine rack because it was the same height as the 40-bottle rack I already had, and I wanted to build a cabinet around them.

I needed to store 100 bottles in my closet and this worked well. Use the wall anchor to make it secure.

Sturdy and secure when screwed to the wall.
